Ash has built a career on connecting people with the right places to work and grow. Starting his property Career as Commercial Director at One Avenue Group, Ash discovered a passion for shaping meaningful workspace experiences and building strong relationships across the serviced office world. That passion carried to Instant, where Ash continued to deepen his knowledge of the flex market. After proving himself in both client-facing and strategic roles, Ash was then promoted to lead on the London Flex Desk. Ash now works at USP.London being head of Flexible Workspace Advisory.
In his spare time Ash enjoys watching rugby, savouring a cold Guinness, and spending time on the golf course perfecting his swing. When he’s not cheering on his favourite team or enjoying a round of golf, he loves taking long peaceful walks with his dog Bugsy.
