Ben is the Managing Partner of USP and provides leasing and development advice to a variety of landlords across the South Bank market.
He started his career in the agency team at EA Shaw in 2010, from there Ben joined CBRE where he attained his MRICS qualifications and was rapidly promoted to Associate Director. Ben joined the USP and Farebrother team in February 2017 and has since been promoted to Managing Partner at USP.London.
He works closely with many clients including Landsec, CO-RE, Schoders, L&GIM, Global Holdings, CBRE IM, Overcourt as well as a variety of developers and family property companies. Providing strategic advice on a variety of new development and refurbishment projects.
