Simon has 28 years’ experience in providing commercial leasing, development and investment advice in the South Bank and fringe markets. He is well known for his unrivalled knowledge of all things South Bank, having acted for a wide range of schemes for clients including LaSalle IM, Hermes, W.RE, Aberdeen Standard, The Berkeley Group, GMS Estates, CBRE IM, McKay Securities, Overcourt, Nuveen, Mapeley, Downing and Dorrington, as well as a wide range of private landlords
Simon is currently providing leasing and development advice to Overcourt on over 200,000 sq ft across various schemes and was previously on the leasing team for Hermes on the South Bank Central scheme which comprised 225,000 sq ft of office space. He also recently advised Dorrington on the refurbishment and re-letting of 37,300 sq ft in The Clove Building, Butlers Wharf, SE1 and is currently giving advise to W.RE on their Typewriter scheme of 20,000 sq ft in Borough High Street. Last but definitely not least, Simon is providing refurbishment and leasing advice to LaSalle IM on 240 Blackfriars Road.
