Tom Brammeld Headshot

Tom joined USP in January 2026, bringing with him more than 25 years of experience in the commercial property sector. Throughout his career, Tom has advised both landlords and tenants, focusing on the disposal of accommodation and the development of optimal leasing strategies tailored to client needs.

Prior to joining USP, Tom spent two decades at JLL, where he most recently led the Office Agency team covering the Yorkshire and North East markets. In this role, he provided strategic advice to a range of high-profile clients, including Deloitte, Alvarez & Marsal, Julius Baer, and Worldpay, supporting them on their office relocations. Earlier in his career, Tom spent a decade working in the Central London commercial property market, specialising in office leasing.

During his tenure in London, Tom was instrumental in advising clients on leasing and development strategies for several landmark assets. His portfolio includes projects such as The Lantern, Euston for Lazari; The Shard for REM; Paddington Square for Sellar/HPL; and Buckingham Green for L&O. These assignments demonstrate his expertise in managing complex transactions and delivering value for clients across the office property sector.

Tom is passionate about office space, dedicating his expertise to both leasing and acquisitions. He particularly enjoys working on projects involving unique buildings, whether distinguished by their location, specification, or architectural design.

Outside of his professional commitments, Tom is an enthusiastic golfer (sometimes too enthusiastic) and has recently developed an interest in darts since joining USP. When he is not on the course or at the oche, he’s spending time at home in Wimbledon with his wife and two young sons.
